At Harvest Right, we stand behind our home freeze dryers and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a restocking fee. Please ensure all equipment is cleaned and packed in its original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions before sending any items back.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack your freeze dryer or accessories in their original heavy-duty crates and boxes, including all vacuum pumps, hoses, and trays to ensure safe transport.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping labels and arrange for a freight pickup or drop-off as instructed by our logistics team to return the unit to our manufacturing facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage and verify all components are present, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
